Notice of Shuttle Bus Schedule Change – January 2026
(JR Narita Station East Exit → AEON Mall Narita)

Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel MyStays Premier Narita.
Due to expected road congestion during the following period, the shuttle bus schedule will be partially changed.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*HOTEL Dep：11:15、13:00、14:30、16:15 (via Downtown only)
*Depending on the congestion situation, it may not be possible to operate according to the schedule.

    Our lobby attendants are available to assist you during your stay, including making various arrangements for your comfort. Please feel free to contact them for assistance.

    Please call the front desk at Ext. 2.

  • Items that can be borrowed

    Trouser press, crib, low-repulsion pillow, air purifier, humidifier, wine opener, thermometer, Icenon, desk lamp, portable heater

    Our lobby attendants are available to provide you with rental items. Please feel free to contact them for assistance.

    Internet access is available in your room.

    Internet access is free of charge.

    Please contact the front desk if you have any questions.

  • Laundry Service

    Please fill out the laundry slip and contact our lobby attendants. They will go to your room.

    Please check the laundry slip for the time required. For inquiries, contact our lobby attendants.

    Our coin-operated laundry room is located on the B1 floor of the South wing.

    Open: Open 365 days/year
    Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
    Location: South wing, B1F, refreshment corner
    Fee: No fee
    * Please bring clothing and shoes.

    Free to use for overnight guests. This fitness gym has a wide assortment of equipment to please health-oriented guests.
  • Vending machine・FamilyMart Convenience Store
    Vending machine areas are located on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th floors of the main building.
    Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks,　mineral water, and snacks are available for purchase.

    Ice is available free of charge on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th floors of the main building and South wing.

    FamilyMart Convenience Store is located on the first floor of the main building. (Opens 24 hours)

    Open: Open 365 days/year
    Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. – sunset
    * Open from 2:00 p.m. on the second Friday of each month.
    Location: South wing, B1F, in front of the refreshment corner
    Fees:
    Tennis court: ¥1,100 per hour
    Racket rental: ¥330 apiece
    * Balls are provided free of charge.
    Reservation method:
    Because there is only one court, reservations are required. Please contact the front desk.

    Just the thing for those who want to work up a little sweat outdoors. Rackets are available (for a fee), so please help yourself to one.
