Fine cuisine reveals one’s innermost heart. What I really want to serve up to our customers is seasonal deliciousness, and a gentle sense of hospitality. I want to provide warm and bright service as well vividly colored, beautiful dishes. We combine local ingredients with the best regional foods from around Japan. We provide both set course meals and a la carte. I pour my heart and soul into every dish we serve to our customers.
