A grand assemblage of dishes made with fermented foods, which are guaranteed to cheer your body up during the cold season!

Gardenia Restaurant, a restaurant with a nice, open feel that looks out on both the Japanese garden and the planes as they take off, will be holding a “Melty Milk” Cheese Winter Fermentation Fair from January 12 (Saturday) to February 24 (Sunday).

While preserving our popular Japanese beef rib roast steak served at the “live kitchen,” we have prepared for you delicious dishes using cheese and fermented goods, guaranteed to warm your body and suit your body’s situation in this cold season.

Dak galbi hotpot of vegetables and chicken loaded with cheese on top, cheese fondue with seasonal vegetables, and during time service there’s raclette cheese, all served up for you!

Enjoy a buffet as you look out over the Japanese garden with your friends or family.

Special Day: One day a month there’s a big shake-up! January 19 (Saturday) will see Japanese Black beef rib roast and sirloin steak all-you-can-eat!
