Gardenia Restaurant, a restaurant with a nice, open feel that looks out on both the Japanese garden and the planes as they take off, will be holding a “Melty Milk” Cheese Winter Fermentation Fair from January 12 (Saturday) to February 24 (Sunday).
While preserving our popular Japanese beef rib roast steak served at the “live kitchen,” we have prepared for you delicious dishes using cheese and fermented goods, guaranteed to warm your body and suit your body’s situation in this cold season.
